Start-up with the “Drive” methodology
We rely on “Drive”, a methodology of business implementation, focused on self-service analysis . Drive is based on agile development methods for the achievement of progressive achievements, which generate value to the entity where a project of this type is being implemented.
It is based on four (4) phases that are: Discovery, Definition of prototypes, Creation of bases and horizontal scaling.
The following diagram shows the evolution of a project following this methodology:
- Discovery : This is an exercise that assesses the preparation of a company to foster an analytical culture and formulates a plan to close the gaps.
- Definition of rapid prototypes and gains : A period in which advanced users receive the necessary assistance and training to become standard-bearers of the analysis, confident of themselves. This stage consists of obtaining “quick profits” that prove the value of the business analysis and that can be copied and extended over time within the company.
- Creation of foundations or foundations : It is about establishing processes, organizational structures and technical infrastructures to support integral adoption. This is the time when security, data management and other policies are typically strengthened, and where comprehensive training and empowerment is applied.
- Horizontal scaling : This is the measured implementation of analytical capacity, strengthened throughout the company.
